If you are the creator or part of a creative team with a modular transformat short film or documentary of up to 10 minutes in individual module length, you may submit here.  You may only submit by electronic upload.  By doing so you agree to submit your project pursuant to the terms and conditions of application and automatically become eligible for competition in both of these categories:

Suitable for All Screens Jury Award (Jury Award)
Suitable for All Screens People’s Choice Award (Award by 100% Popular Internet Vote)

Disclaimer: The Topanga Film Festival reserves the right to substitute the Suitable for All Screens Jury Award “production package” for a lesser prize in the event that less than one hundred (100) short films or documentaries participate in the Suitable for All Screens competition. The “production package” will consist of gratuitious use by the Jury Award-winning filmmaker of: (a) a camera package consisting of one camera and corresponding lenses and equipment (exact contents of package are yet to be determined); (b) a sound package (contents yet to be determined): (c) a post-production package sufficient to complete non-linear digital and sound editing of a feature-length film or documentary (with exact specifics yet to be determined).  It is contemplated that either 35mm, 16mm and/or digital stock may be a part of this package.
