Anastasia Fite to blog Topanga Film Festival
Topanga filmmaker Anastasia Fite who chronicled the last days of a creative community that once occupied Topanga’s rodeo grounds in Last Bastion and tracked two 60s ‘creekers’ in her documentary King of the Creek Rats has signed on to blog about festival-related topics, local filmmakers and has renewed her commitment to assist in programming this year’s screenings.
Anastasia’s other filmic works include a documentary tribute to her Russian grandmother, now 92, entitled Dosvidanya. A graduate of the Crossroads School, Ivy League-educated Anastasia also curates and runs Red Handed.
Look for Anastasia’s Topanga filmmaker snippets starting next week. Her short films, King of the Creek Rats and Dosvidanya screened over the last two consecutive years of the Topanga Film Festival.

This is great news! Looking forward to it.
